You will then be forwarded to a screen that asks for some basic information - fill it in to the best of your abilities & then hit send. We will then create a quote for you & email you the lease application.
The lease application is formatted into an Adobe PDF file, which means unless you have the paid-for version... All you can do is print, you cannot save. That means once you fill out the lease application, immediately print it and fax it to:

Step Three is up to MyChefStore - It takes us approximately 1-4 hours from when we receive your application to be able to apply it for funding. The decision process once it gets applied takes anywhere from 1 hour up to 2 or 3 days.
Within one day of being notified of your approval you will receive a set of Lease Contracts, at this point all you have to do is Sign, Date & Mail back to the lease company. Once having completed step five and it is verified with the lease company, its as easy as waiting for your equipment to be delivered to you.
