Food Pans

Foodservice food pans are used from storage to food preparation to presentation and vary in material from poly to stainless steel. A FULL SIZE pan is approximately 20-3/4" x 12-3/4", with common depths of 2", 4", 6" or 8". Other sizes are generally referred to as 1/9, 1/8, 1/6, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 1/2 Long, or 2/3, relative to the full size pan.
