Cold Food Tables

Cold food tables keep foods chilled. They can be used back of the house to speed plating for high volume restaurants, or offered front of the house to support a salad bar or appetizer bar. Cold food bars offer an array of configurations with features like tray slides and breath guards and lights, open top, tops with specific pan configurations or flat frost tops. Cold food tables offer two cooling methods. One uses ice to keep foods chilled, or ice packs in place of loose ice, which are frozen ahead of time. Alternatively, refrigerated units are convenient but require power. Depending on the unit you chose, you may offer service on one or both sides.
